“Call Sheet” Intervention #12, Museum Boijmans van Beuningen, Rotterdam

This exhibition presented the installation version of the video film “Ustala” 22’ 30“ (2009) projected on a freely hanging screen (2 sides viewing). In the room were furthermore: the casting portraits of the amateur actors, a large format mirror,  and to the wall a small selection of Medieval and Early -Renaissance portraiture paintings of the museum’s collection. I was invited to select and include works  with the idea of subtly broaching unexpected contextual and visual connections.
